After meeting with her and listening to all her concerns, one of our patient advocates reassured her that she would do everything in her power to secure the best philanthropic aid. The patient was on our patient advocate’s mind every day, who called to check on her often. They built a good relationship as they talked, laughed and even cried together.

After searching through the Atlas platform, the patient advocate found one and quickly enrolled her. The patient was finally approved for the very needed, high-cost chemo drugs. When she called the patient to share the good news, she was so grateful, thankful and relieved. Our patient advocate added: “It isn’t a job when you love what you do. Impacting people’s lives daily.
